... is always the morning. I love the freshness of the mornings. I also love planning something nice to do in the morning that is just for me... I guess that way I feel that any stress throughout the day is somewhat mitigated by what I have already achieved. This morning, I felt the need to shake some cobwebs and re-charge the batteries before a stressful day at work, so I packed the surfboard in the car and shot up the coast to Kings Beach at Caloundra to catch some waves. Another great way to dose up on all those negative ions! Here's a great pic I snapped... it's kept me going all day. What will you do tomorrow morning? B x

Where to watch the Rugby World Cup in Brisbane
The first game of the NZ 2011 RWC kicks off tonight with New Zealand taking on Tonga at Eden Park in Auckland. If you’re at home and you don’t have FOXTEL, you don’t have many options to watch it live, unless you head out. So where can you watch the games live?

The Exchange Hotel - 131 Edward Street, Brisbane
Treasury Casino, Brisbane

It's time to get more Negative!
It’s because this air is filled with more sources of negative ions than positive ions. Both positive and negative ions occur naturally in the air, but high concentrations of negatively charged ions have long been associated with our moods – scientists believe it can even ease depression and improve physical wellbeing.

Robin Williams once said...
'Spring is nature's way of saying 'let's party'!"
And what a fantastic day to celebrate the first day of Spring! I snapped this photo as I jumped off the City Cat this morning - what a beautiful city we live in!
Another reason to celebrate is hump day is over and we're on the downhill to the weekend. Yippee! So what have you got planned? There seems to be heaps to choose from this weekend - Riverfire on Saturday night, the start of the Brisbane Festival (and the 60's inspired opening night party at the Speigeltent), the Noosa Jazz Festival... the list goes on.
So make plans to get outdoors this weekend and get some fresh Spring air - clear out the Winter cobwebs and let your skin breathe. I think Margaret Atwood said it best in 1939... "In the Spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt!"
